Stan Maliszewski.
Stan didn’t come up through a big accounting firm. He came up building businesses. After a degree in Information Systems from NJIT, he spent two decades as an entrepreneur and operator, and a working tax professional, building deep, hands-on expertise in the tax code while starting and running companies of his own.
That experience taught him what most advisors never see: the same handful of decisions, made well or poorly, shape almost every outcome. So he stopped chasing volume and built a practice around what matters: strategy, advisory, and the questions that actually move the needle.
It’s why he reads a decision the way the person making it does. He has been the owner signing the lease and carrying the risk, not just the advisor across the table.
