The strategist behind
every engagement.
And a roster that closes.
Stan Advisors takes a limited number of active engagements each year. Not as a positioning tactic — because the model requires it. Stan leads every strategy personally. When the engagement list is full, it is full. If you are considering this, the right time to have the conversation is before the roster closes.
I build the strategy.
My team executes it.
You get both.
Stan founded Stan Advisors to fix a specific problem: profitable business owners who were filing correctly but planning poorly — leaving $10,000 to $30,000 on the table every year because no one had ever built them a proactive strategy. That is still the only problem this firm solves.
Every engagement starts with Stan. Discovery, diagnostic, strategy design, implementation — the planning work is his. The S-corp analysis, the retirement plan modeling, the entity review, the dollar estimates, the annual planning calendar: Stan's work, on every engagement, without delegation to someone who needs to be briefed first.
Execution is handled by specialists recruited specifically for the depth this model requires. Shannon is an Enrolled Agent — federally licensed to prepare returns, manage IRS compliance, and represent clients before the IRS. That credential matters. Most firms assign this work to unlicensed staff. Dania manages accounting operations — bookkeeping, payroll, and administrative coordination — keeping the financial foundation accurate so every strategy recommendation Stan makes is grounded in real numbers.
What this means for you: the depth of a firm with specialists in each area, with Stan's judgment behind every decision. You are not managed by whoever picks up the phone. You are not handed off. The person who builds the strategy is the person accountable for the outcome. That is the only model that makes sense for planning at this level.
Stan leads a limited number of active advisory engagements at any given time. The cap exists because the model demands it — principal-led planning cannot scale beyond what one person can lead well. If you are considering an engagement, the first step is a conversation with Stan before the current roster fills.

What you can hold
Stan Advisors to
on every engagement.
Stan leads every engagement
Discovery, strategy design, S-corp analysis, retirement plan modeling, entity review — Stan handles this on every engagement. Not a template. Not a junior associate's draft for Stan to review. The planning is Stan's work from the first conversation to the final recommendation.
A credentialed team executes to the same standard
Shannon, an Enrolled Agent, handles tax preparation and IRS compliance. Dania handles accounting and payroll. The work is done by people whose credentials and roles match what they are doing — not whoever has availability that week. The standard does not change based on workload.
Specific answers, not general guidance
Every recommendation arrives with a dollar estimate, a specific implementation path, and a deadline. Not a general direction. Not a framework to consider. A number and a plan. “It depends” is not a deliverable here.
Proactive, not reactive
The planning calendar runs March, June, October, and December. Every decision gets made before December 31 — when it can still affect the outcome. Tax preparation in April is the output of a year-round process. That is the only way the strategy actually works.

The first conversation is with Stan directly — fifteen minutes, no charge. He reviews your entity, your income, and your current approach. If there is a material opportunity, you will know what it is and what it is worth before the call ends. If the roster has capacity and the fit is right, he will tell you that too.
